Due to the nature and demand of our product and service, all product and services purchased from us are non-refundable.

However we will offer an exchange of a product or service with an equally priced product or service if it’s by our own error

Please note that all our hair colour is 1B and if you require alternative colour to let us know by email to see if it is something we can do.

To be able to qualify for an exchange please make sure you notify us of any issue within 3 days of receipt of product or service.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We also cannot offer exchange for item not in its original condition, is damaged or has had a lot of products applied to it for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery UK or 7 days after delivery Outside UK

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. You have to ensure that the hair has not been altered by washing, applying products or cutting the lace to be able to get an exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

We will confirm shipping details with you once an exchange is agreed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend that you always use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
